Hi!

There is a small diod in the front light module and headliner light that can be activated, however does anybody know how to get RGB working on these?

I've found setting 183 INTERIOR ILLUMINATION. mine was default on 03 Interior lighting, mid version. But changing this to one of the two RGB versions (base or high) does nothing.
I've also found 215 "DECO TRIM ILLUMINATION" and set this to "03 with Deco Trim illiumination, roof" (default was 01) then i got the setting to set mood light but not color. (leds are controllable however but only shine in white)

Am i missing a third option? or is the RGB hardware based? 

   

After activating the fancy High Beams, there's nothing really interesting to do with my 2017 S90 Inscription... so I thought why not activate the Massage on the Front Ventilated seats?

I was hoping Massage is just a simple upgrade for OrBit ... but it's not. The massage appeared in the seat settings, but it's doing nothing. Does Volvo really have some separate motors for the massage?

And it's the same for rear ventilation, the rear seats are perforated, option appeared in the menu, but no air coming towards the rear passengers bottoms. 

Did anyone try retrofitting or activating these 2? Am I doing anything wrong or I'm just asking for too much.

So I went and switched the windshield and the post calibration identified the B&W as a mismatch with the car config.

So I returned to the shop with the original HP amplifier added but I was lazy and didn’t connect the speakers.

So still the post calibration of the radar and the driver support something was degraded. Of cause it seems the driver alert alarm needs the dashboard speaker, I’m thinking

Will now connect the speakers to the amplifier and hope this will let the radar / driver support calibration finalize!?

Edit: Yes before going to the shop the car was reverted to OEM.

I also have an older laptop on Windows 7 that has an ethernet port, will OrBit work?

So I have added like the B&W hardware , so after a OEM restore before going to the shop. After that visit is the intention I use Config Preset and Orbit will auto detect the B&W amp and update the car to match the hardware?

New features:

• New Config Presets added for options for Tow Bar, TPMS, Cruise Control/Pilot Assist. OrBit reads car information and chooses the "best" settings based on Volvo configs for PA equipped cars with the same equipment.
  
• PIN Finder Replaces the old "PIN From log" tool. PIN Finder will find and crack all interesting PINs from the same inputs (VIDA log or wireshark capture). In addition to CEM and VGM PINs, PIN Finder will crack other unique PINs found and display all PINs found in a report format.
  

• Park Camera (360 cam) Learning and Calibration  - Starting Calibration or Learning for the Parking cameras, monitor status real time while driving to confirm calibration state
  
• Brake Service for "Vacuumless" brake system - Enable Bleed mode, run Bleed check and Leakage check tests, enable EPB service mode for pad replacement.
  
• Air Suspension Calibration - Prepare, measure and calibrate 4 corner air suspension. "Raise" or "Lower" option included to customize the calibrated height of the suspension.
  
• Key fob programming -  Add or delete key fobs from cars with "keyless" operation. Any compatible key fob can be added, used or new. This currently requires obtaining the "security PIN for the CEM". PIN extraction is being developed. Users will be accepted to beta test key programming based on the need for information and testing on various models of CEM. I will make a separate post about beta testing key fob programming!

Hello all,

I am considering to upgrade my Volvo with a few options. 
However, I am still connected to local dealership and I would not like to get my vehicle banned by Volvo.

Suppose I add something( 360 cam, BLIS, park pilot assist, whatever).
Obviously this is some hardware that needs to be added + software to be loaded (let's imagine I can do everything with Orbit).

The question is - when I want to go to a dealership, and I revert all the software back to factory settings via Orbit, what should happen with the hardware?
My guess is that there would be a lot of faults and error messages if some hardware is present while software is not.
So the dealer might see it and understand my Volvo is not quite factory set.

Does anybody have such an experience?
