Anyone know what option 044 STOP IN SPEED VELOCITY does?

I believe it’s the maximum speed which start/ stop is allowed to turn off the engine. Plug in hybrids have it on 120 or 130. While standard cars have it on 7, I believe the mild hybrids have it on 10 as well, but might be 7.
