Hi all, 
my late 2017 XC60, whit sensus, does not have a backup camera. Only the pieps are there. If I fit one and connect it myself, can I than activate the camera in OrBit or is this really dealer work? Dealer said there is some software missing that the have to install.
Is there somebody who knows? Thanks in advance, have nice weekend.

I'm about to retrofit interior illumination package. Currently i ove 03 interior ligtning mid version. I have footwells light and a tiny bulb in my rearview mirror. I purchased wood trim decors dor my doors, suprisingly they arrived with illumination strips, but no cable. I have an power outlet behind my decors. Does anyone know which connector/cable needs to be purchased in order to connect them?
Did anyone try to upgrade interior illumination and can tell what is the difference b/w 183 - 02 and 183 - 81. Besides door decors, are there any other sources of light when upgrading from interior lightning mid version to high version.

I have replaced my VCU1 in my xc40 , i put an used one from *bay ( i try to reload with VIDA without succes part number same ) , my problem is car is not starting , starter works fine , but i think fuel not coming , i want to know if VCU1 not from car can refuse engine starting ?
what can be the good solution except buying new vcu1 from dealer ? reflash with orbit is possible ? any advice will be grateful.

in Vida talk about ecm check serial number between ecm and vcu1, but i'm confused

ps : I replaced vcu1 because water inside ( loooong story about that ) , i put vcu1 in garbage  so i can't read dump or something else to swap dump.

changed 096 from deflaut 01 to 03 audible locking. Then a option in settings appeared to enable ausible confirmation when the vehicle is locked. Makes a nice bip bip sound when you lock it. Minor function but good to know it works. Did anyone change another minor functions with sucess, in that case which ones and what effect did you got. My vehicle v90 2019 t4 engine

Hello all!

My front grill (R-Design) on my XC60 was cracked and in searching for a replacement, I found a great deal on a used R-Design grill with the front camera cutout under the logo. I knew the logo was removable so I figured I could just swap them. But, it turns out the logo casing area on the bumper itself is slightly different due to the camera mounting area. Now I'm wondering about retrofitting the front camera.

My Orbit question concerns the settings for 154 FRONT PARKING CAMERA.

I don't have the 360 cameras (obviously) but I do have the rear camera. Is there any setting that will add just the front camera? I am not sure if just the front and rear cameras were ever an option on this vehicle. I am not interested in adding the side cameras so if I enabled the 360 settings, I assume there would be errors or just blanks views, which I would like to avoid.

Also, does anyone happen to know anything about swapping the bumper harness or direct wiring the camera? I have park assist pilot, so there is a harness in the front bumper but no extra connector for the camera. If I can get the correct harness (and change the setting with Orbit), I assume the camera will work unless there is additional wiring needed from the harness to the CEM.

2018 XC60 R-Design T5

I want to upgrade the brakes in my T6 XC90 from the stock 345/320mm to 366/340mm rotors with the larger brackets.

I want all of the safety systems to be aware and behave correctly so my thinking is that the software config should be updated. I see the section in Oribt for the brake sizes.

Has anyone messed with this? 

Power6, I saw on the forums that you had upgraded your brakes. Did you update your car config?   366/ 340mm 366/34s0mm

While in motion, some of the configuration menus in the IHU become disabled with a driver distraction warning. Is it possible to disable this behavior with Orbit? I'd be nice if the passenger to could still continue to use the full functionality of the screen.

I've tried changing the following with no luck:

• “DRIVER DISTRACTION PROTECTION” from “02 Driver Distraction Protection A” to “01 without Driver Distraction Protection ”
  
• "VIDEO ALLOWED” from “03 Speed dependent” to “01 Always”
  

Wondering if it’s possible to convert the sensus system to iCup. 

With my previous car, V70 2014, it was easy to convert the sensus to sensus connect. Change IHU, screen, some wiring, config parameters and it worked.   

Maybe the same with icup? (Full screen carplay and android auto?)

2019 S60 with 360 surround view camera, backup camera, and park distance sensors etc already, only option is doesnt have is that. Is it possible, is this software something that can access - whats the best way to go about?  Ive heard of someone adding with same options in the SUV

• "Search" is now added the Configurator table - real time search
  

• Search is "real time" as you type, it filters the displayed items to the search, by any match
  
• All config table content is searched: Item number, item name, and all dropdown "options" are search for a match
  
• The "Show Everything" filter is still respected so if you want to search "everything" make sure that box is checked.
