Navigation in Driver Display
#1
Hello everyone!

I have a Volvo XC60, 2019 (Sensus) and I would like to enable navigation or map on driver's display. Not sure if this is important, but my car has Internet Maps and one USB port. Which options do I need to enable in Orbit so I can see the maps on my drivers display, and are any additional actions required?

Thanks in advance

You will only be able to see the map if you are using navigation. This was changed with aaos introduction later on.

Edit: my bad! Dave below is right. Don't know how I missed this option in settings.

Hello, you can change the view from the infotainment settings, you can choose to show music playing or the map.

Hi, thanks for replying. I can't get to navigation tab in my infotainment settings unfortunately. Do you know which options I need to activate in Orbit to do so?

This is not a navigation tab, this settings are in a displays tab.

Hi!
I have MY18 XC40, and the Sensus Navigation was not activated.
After enabling it with the #223 configuration (223. NAVIGATION SYSTEM AND INTERNET MAP : With Connected Navigation, with Internet map), it became available on my car (IHU) and also on the driver display. However, the map is only shown on the driver display when I am actively using navigation.
I couldn’t find this option in the display tabs—it doesn’t appear. Is this something I can enable through Orbit?

UPDATE:
The option in the display tab appeared after I turned the car off and on Smile

I don't have the navigation button active on the display, it seems to be inactive. How can I do this with orbit, can you help me with this information?

You need to switch to the bigger navigation package, when done you also need to feed your car with a USB with correct maps. Once done you can choose maps in the middle screen.
