Hi,

i was able to get my VGM and CEM Keys while doing an Update 2.0 at the dealer, my Volvo S60 (2023) B5 AWD Ultimate dark is now in 3.7.0 and the stupid carplay issue is still there (i need to reboot the system from time to time). The Dealer was so nice and let me install Whireshark and i could capture the keys.

So i am here for two main things and before i start and purchase i want to ask some more questions about what Orbit can do for me.

My main goals are:

- Disable the Limiter to be able the get faster than 180 kph
- Disable Start/Stop which really annoys me.

What i additionally want to know:

Are there known things, or goodies i may can enable?
Afaik the Ultimate dark edition has all the available stuff but is there anything else anyway?

Is there any Polestar stuff i can enable?
Doesn't matter if it's just GUI or really performance related but would be good to know.

Is here anyone else with a S60 from 2023?
Can someone tell me how long the steps typically take?
I mean read the current configuration, and send config updates to the car.

I am really afaird if the battery stability while updating.

Hi guys i urgently need your help for my sensus 2022 S60

For context, i flashed my car previously but had to go volvo today for mounting and abs issues so had to restore to oem. After i got it home, i tried to flash my configs(individually, not saved configs). I found that the flash took longer than before

 I see multiple lines of still waiting for ecu ecm to respond. Followed by hvc status 2020+ is not ok. Followed by multiple lines of waiting for ecu ecm to respond. After all is done/complete, i disconnect obd2, tried to start, an error pops up about "12 volt battery critical charging fault" and the car wont start. I did not make any changes to the the starter or anything thats mechanically related.

I have tried Restore to oem, clearing dtc(there were none), locking the car and waiting 10mins.

I really need some help urgently

I'm looking to retrofit a power-operated tailgate onto my 2020 Volvo V60 base model. I know I need the struts, module, and wiring. My main questions are about the control module:
Does the module require coding to work?
Does it store the car's VIN?
If it does store the VIN, how can I program it to match my car?
Finally, where is this module located in the vehicle?

Could someone give me some vida instructions if possible?

Does anyone on this forum successfully done ADAS calibration? I replaced front windshield and try to do calibration using orbit service procedure with no effect. Front camera and radar calibration is starting only when car is turned off. Then I need to disconnect from orbit software and turn off the ignition. It's impossible to start the car when orbit is connected and the procedure is started. After that I can start the car and go for a trip to do calibration. On dashboard there is no information that procedure is in progres. I drove different roads for about one hour bu nothing happens.

In my opinion something is wrong with this procedure. In my case I assume after I turned off the ignition the calibration  procedure is also stopping.

My V60 T8 Recharge recently got diagnosed with a bad cell/module inside of the hybrid battery pack.
The quote from volvo to fix this is quite harrowing at 5000€ ish.

I wanted to see if any sort of DIY would be possible and if so what route to take.

I concidered buying a working battery from a scrapyard/wrecker here in Sweden or in Norway, There seem to be quite a few to pick from.

Could I get a battery with the same part.no in working condition and swap my BECM into it? would that be plug/play or would I need to do any other work to get it working?
Alternatively Load the software on to the BECM in that 2nd hand batterypack, or would I need a new BECM from volvo anyway?

If those are not an option could I swap the bad module in my pack for a good one out of another pack? 
If so, would I be okay verifying the battery voltages across all of the modules only using common meassuring tools such as a multimeter?

I guess I'm looking for any sort of knowledge or advice on the matter!

i live in Europe/Norway, and i want to have vida as help to update the softwares on my car volvo xc90 t8 2017, but i have been in contact with the Volvo Car Bookstore and they have told me that i can`t have vida unless i live in either canada or the united states, is there a way that anyone can help me with this problem,
i have talked to Volvo Car Bookstore but they said either canada or united states,
i have orbit as well but that is not much help either,

Hello,
I have just purchased a facelift 2025 Volvo XC90 plus with HK sound system.
I had a BMW M4 with HK system previously,and I was very happy with the sound system.
However,the Volvo doesn’t sound as well.
It seems the HK is lacking clarity and I wanted to know whether it would be possible so swap Bower and Wilkins speakers and amplifier.
I have found conflicting information online,so trying to find out more.
HK and BW share same harness?or it is a partial or complete rewiring?
Does the amp need to be coded to the car?
Any help would be appreciated!
