I have a 2017 XC90 and of course the VCM modem is now obsolete and not functioning. Before I pay the dealer $2200 I want to try just disabling the message. I have not been using On Call for quite some time and never did try to use SOS. My Google AI is telling me to set configuration id's 191, 201, and 372 to show no telematic system. I have tried this and still get U017604 and sometimes U105000 although I have cleared that a couple of times.
