Gentlemen, good day. I wonder if anyone has found a setting to be able to operate the windows even when the engine is stopped. I find it inconvenient to have to start the engine again if I forget to close the windows.

I have a '22 V60 CC with PA & ACC enabled via orbit. I also have the dealer installed folding hitch option which enables trailer assist (which I can also see as configured 'active' in Orbit.) When you hitch a trailer to the car PA is no longer available, but I want to see if I can reinstate it. I am only pulling a light weight kayak rack trailer.

My question is does anyone know the dependency that is disabling PA with the trailer attached - it is being detected either via the trailer electrics connector, or via the parking sensors on the rear. I am wondering if disabling trailer assist will also reinstate PA, but I am yet to try it out. Anyone have any experience to share?

I'm trying to see what the RoW has RCW in their Polestar 2 and XC40 vehicle set to, vs the US option. 
RCW has two parts, Warning that flashes the hazards, and Mitigation that straps you in and apply the parking brake to brace. 
The US manual is ambiguous on its behavior, with the RCW section stating the hazards would flash, while in the Limitation of RCW section, "in select markets", due to regulations, the hazards don't flash. The marketing material is also ambiguous as well. 

This is hard to test, and in the one instance that I had this function trigger, it did not flash the hazards.
My car has the Config set to "Rear Collision Mitigation" by default, there is also the option for "Rear Collision Warning & Mitigation", and "Rear Collision Warning", plus the usual without 00 option.

I am wondering what non-US spec has this config option set to. AFAIK automated hazard use is somewhat not a first choice in the US market because of Michigan laws (hence the EBL is using fogs instead of flashing).

Hi!  Is there a setting that allows for the fog lights to come on without the headlights activating?  would like to run fog lights and the DRL.

Polestar has announced Version 3.0.3 which switches the car over to AAOS 12. Are there are compatibility issues or anything otherwise that we should note? Should we wait for confirmation from OrBit that it's OK to install the new version of AAOS when it becomes available, or stick with V 2.14.4?

I've been looking into changing my Overhead console from the older gen to newer gen (after 2023) on my V60. There are some issues with the woring diagram as well but I will fix that later. Can someone post their configuration for 249 Overhead console type from any SPA that has the newer gen OHC

Hi everyone - I’ve got a 2019 XC90 T8 T design and I’d like to remove the middle seat of the 2nd row to create captains chairs. When I do this, I’ll be removing the middle seat seatbelt of course. This will trigger a fault code as the seatbelt and pretensioner will be removed. It’s possible to fool the system by creating a dongle with a few resistors and plugging it in. I’m wondering if I could use Orbit to accomplish the same task without the resistor trick. I searched here and didn’t find anything. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you!

So right now the only PC "laptop" I have access to is a Steam Deck with Win11 installed (booting from an SD card). Have already confirmed that I'm able to see the car with my ENET adapter using VDASH.

May swap it out for an actual windows laptop later, but if I were to use OrBit on the Steam Deck for now, would I be able to transfer the install over at that point?

Is there any way to ensure that the adapter will communicate before I go ahead with the subscription and the CEM/VGM pin retrieval service? I've tried loading up VDASH as well, but it doesn't seem to be communicating at the moment:
