In my 2019 XC90 I was getting frequent CarPlay disconnects so I took a chance and ordered a new dual USB C hub, got it installed and changed 362 USB CONNECTION from "03 With USB Hub, type A" to "05 With USB hub, Type C". Wired CarPlay immediately worked great but threw DTC for IHU: U3002 - Vehicle Identification Number - Algorithm Based Failures - Signal compare failure. Also, none of my wireless CarPlay dongles work. I've cleared DTCs, reset ECUs, and left it locked overnight but still having same issue & DTC. Any idea if this DTC is due to not having software in the new USB C hub or something else? I'll have access to a new model loaner tomorrow 11/14 if there's a way to use it & VIDA if necessary or would I be better off buying a used USB C hub or USB A? I saw the thread where we can flash software if that's also a possibility. I had it in for service for the disconnect error, and of course they could not duplicate. Thanks in advance!

Hello, is there a function in Orbit where you can see dpf state or force a regeneration?

Today, i try to calibrate front camera, after 1h , front camera is still uncalibrated.
Any ideea?

Came across this option and hope someone can explain what it’s for. There are three alternatives to choose from. 

1. Without forward looking radar activated and No Heated emblem activated.
2. With forward looking radar activated and Heated emblem activated.
3. With forward looking radar activated and No Heated emblem activated. 

I have a 2019 XC60 Momentum which is currently set to option 1. What would I get (if anything) if I tried option 2 or 3?

I assume I must already have a forward looking radar that takes care of my Assisted Cruise Control. So, is this something entirely different?

Is there a way to set the rear / front fog lights on all the time ? In winters, its always dark when i leave for work and from work to home, so it will be convenient to have those lights come on automatically, or at least back to last set state.

Sorry, I've used the search but can't seem to find a clear answer. Will any generic Enet cable work or is there something special about the VOE cable? Don't really want to spend Volvo money on one for my 2018 xc60 and the only VOE "Volvo compatible" cable on Amazon UK has a ten day delivery time for £25ish.  Can anyone link to a suitable cable for occasional use? If there's a good inexpensive one on eBay or ali express I can cope with slower delivery.

Hi, some of us are experiencing what it might be "IHU overheat resets". I was wondering if there is a way to change IHU FAN Speed Commanded to force the IHU fan to a higher speed to see if it helps with it. I can only see a way to read its value, not updating it.

2) Will the program work on an Apple MacBook M1 (Windows 10 emulator, Enet BMW adapter, Enet to USB C adapter)?
3) I have plans to change the configuration of the basic music to harman, polestar optimization, and enable carplay. I have a European car, there is a telematics unit and a Volvo on Call is connected, a SIM card for the Internet is installed. Can Volvo block me when I try to download or update the Sensus application via the built-in Internet (SIM card in the passenger's feet) if I make the changes that I wrote above?

Hi, Polestar user here. Regarding the Pixel lights (106) and AHBL (109) in NA, I change both settings to make it work, but as you know 2  dtc (one for each beam) remain log as "unknow configuration" for AHB if we want to keep the auto function "on" in cluster while returning to car after a shut down. I was wondering if it could be possible to get and install the europeen program and coding and get rid of those false errors using the Config Preset option in Orbit ?  I'm asking because on my  first service of the car at 32k km the mecanic notice those "funny" error and ask me to book another appointment to look at it but knowing what it was I didn't  of course.    The other thing is that for the first time since update P2.4 (now on P2.12) I have to recode (thank's Orbit) all my preferences back to the car.

Just a heads-up, installed Polestar 2.12 OTA. Looks like it contained a new CEM update or reset and wiped everything. Also, ABS failure (as expected). Remember to reprogram either before or after the update to clear everything!
