Polestar 2 ACC "Unavailable" |

Recently bought a used 2022 Polestar with only Plus.
Got my CEM/VGM pins with no issue, and managed to enable Pixel Headlights.
I had to fuss with the VOE ethernet driver settings (particularly any driver settings having to do with green/energy savings) to fix some odd Write to Car issue, but I managed to figure it out with enough fussing.
However, when I went to use the Orbit preset to enable level 1 ACC/PA, I had a problem. After a successful Write to Car, the ACC/PA icons were now present in the IHU and the dash, but when I would attempt to engage ACC via the steering wheel, the dash would simply report "Unavailable".
After some tinkering, I discovered I had to set Adaptive Cruise Control Version 314 to "Version 2". This allowed me to successfully engage ACC. I street tested it with both follow and stop/go both performing as expected.
Since I had to change 314 to "Version 2", which is not the preset, I'm curious if anyone knows what the different versions are for?

Hello everyone!
I have a Volvo XC60, 2019 (Sensus) and I would like to enable navigation or map on driver's display. Not sure if this is important, but my car has Internet Maps and one USB port. Which options do I need to enable in Orbit so I can see the maps on my drivers display, and are any additional actions required?
Thanks in advance

I used the software to change the factory default settings, in such a state, go to the 4S shop to upgrade the ICUP model car machine system version, is there a big risk of being locked in the car? Or try to restore the factory settings before upgrading? The area is China.
thx

Couldn’t Fast Charge… Orbit Saving my Bacon |

Wasn’t able to DCFC in the cold. Tesla NACS which usually worked well wasn’t having it. Stopped at 2 Superchargers and nothing but error code. Then I slow charged enough to get to a Jule unit. Again, Error Code!
That’s when it dawned on me the problem may be the car. So happy I keep my laptop and OBD2 connector in the car. Did a hard reset on all ECU’s with anything to do with the battery. Culprit may have been OBC, but I just went the safe route and hard reset them all.
It worked! Orbit is a must have for out of warranty BEV’s! Thanks!

I’m getting the following logs when trying to set the egress seat offsets:
Code: Sending seat offsets write
ECU command FAILED!
Error Reason: Error setting diag session on the ECU
I’m trying this on a XC40 from 2019, the default value that is shown is 0000. I changed the 245 EASY INGRESS EGRESS to 03 With easy ingress egress retracting.

Adding massage and ventilation |

Hi all-
I am wondering if anyone can help me to identify seats to swap into my 2019 S60 T6 Inscription.
The interior is Almond and seats are heated.
I would like to add both ventilation and massage as I frequently commute long distances.
I did see the process for adding massage requires a wire to be run.
Two questions.
1. What models share the same seat?
2. How to identify seats with massage? If I’m looking at a salvaged vehicle, is there a way to know if they have massage if the car does not power on?

155. SPEED WARNING |

Hi all,
I want to warn others with the config item 155.
After I set "155. SPEED WARNING" to "With speed warning for GSO" I got a warning every time I was above 120 km/h.
This is VERY annoying since it shows up also on the highway where the speed limit is 130 km/h. So irrespective of anything, if your speed is above 120 kph your are warned. The sign in the dashboard is an undocumented symbol.
I guess the "GSO" means something like "general speed xxxxxx".
I have a XC60 B4 MY22 and live in Europe. Hope this helps others!
