0.9.99c is released. This is a patch release.
(Latest version of OrBit can always be downloaded here: https://app.spaycetech.com/orbitupdate/download) The "update notification" in OrBit will be sent later, but you can download the updated install right away from the link.
New features/fixes: - Prevent flashing "old" 3.x AAOS versions - OrBit will no longer allow the user to click through the warning before config flash, when system detected is old version 3.x AAOS. The infotainment in the car is unstable release and should be updated OTA or via VIDA to current release available for any affected car from Volvo/Polestar, before any programming is attempted.

Hi, anybody has attempted to do type1 to type2 charging port swap? I know that it can run on Factory OBC(charger module). Maybe some of you attempted to do this and have working 3-phase charging. I see on config position number 029 but maybe modules need to be flashed or sth. I Think same procedure will apply to every EV and PHEV vehicles.

12v charging while using orbit? |

Hello,
I noticed while using vida(what a pain that was) that the 12v battery was degrading pretty quickly on my c40.
Are there any recommendations for how to lessen the impact when using orbit, which I assume will do the same?
Is there a mode to put the car in(leave door open, etc) or do folks connect a trickle charger(if so, do you connect it under the hood or in the 12v accessory port on the dash)?
Kind of new to the car, and not sure how the 12v battery is maintained..
thanks,
cbo
lessons learned with vida...
dont add vin manually, just connect car and do vehicle readout. otherwise you can never install software, just buy it, over and over....
also if vida admin doesnt work all of a sudden, just after you activate your subscription, it is not a configuration/browser/cache issue, it might be a site problem...like it was for me this sunday(wasted many hours).

on my 2020 XC90 the CTA auto brake can't be deactivated from the car, the older models did not have the auto brake function and on the new models it can be switched off from the car menu (but you have to disable it after every start)
did anyone manage to switch off rear auto brake with orbit?

Hi!
I have a an all new Volvo V60 2025 and need to know the following: - If I got it right, for these new iCup models I need to retrieve CEM AND VGM PIN to unlock anything? And both is possible to do with Orbit, right?
- Is it possible also with 2025 models? If not, when will it be possible?
- If I just retrieve these PIN's... will it be visible to any official Volvo dealer?
Please get back to me as soon as possible, thank you!

Does anyone know if a 2024 Polestar 2 (EU version) has standard heated steering wheel hardware on board that can be switched on by Orbit (Id 186 heated steering wheel)?
