I took my car to a space for the 18,000 mile check.  I reset everything to OEM before the appt.  They updated the software for me when the car was serviced.  A few days later I installed my changes and everything seems to work as before.

Maybe you have something else going on?  interface cable maybe?

Hi, has anyone who has done the Pixel mod performed an " over-the-air" update on the car afterward? I know it's a best practice to default settings prior to a dealership visit, but I wondered if I'll encounter issues with factory updates, too.

Attempted a flash again today and it went through fine. Don't know why it was failing the day I did the update. I looked up that CSD is the central display, my only guess is maybe there was an android update still running in the background? Or it was just some random fluke. Regardless, flash worked now.

I also had trouble resetting the Pixel lights after software upgrade.
I was able to get it to reconfigure by not being in vehicle and letting it shutdown then it would take the new configuration.

So...I have a MY24 LRSM.  No packs.  Didn't want or need them.  I saw that I do have the Pixel technology stamped on the headlamps.  NOW I see that it's possible that they can not be turned on due to modules missing in the basics model as I have?  I switched them on last night in Orbit.  Got nada with the lights.  Got Active Cruise Control (which also added Pilot Assist).  So I am out of luck?
My car is so stripped down, it doesn't even have the ambient lighting around the console and dash.  I don't really need flashy stuff like that but Polestar advertises things as if they are on all cars.  Or so it appears that way.

Has anybody had issues with the pixel headlights staying active after 3.1.9 in the P2?
It seems like after the car has sat for a few days it 'loses' its configuration for various settings, one seems to be the pixel lights.

Today I got in the car and the auto-high beam wasn't automatically turned on (106/109 combination). But I could also tell the pixel lights weren't working, usually I can see them bending as I'm turning the wheel at low speeds (Slightly different behavior from the standard beam bending.
I also have this issue with EQ Settings and Mirror settings - They're 'turned off' until I go and move a slider or turn the feature off/on, like the auto-high beam being on.
I'm assuming this is all related to the 3.1.9 update, but Im a little surprised to see it applying to the headlights like that.

Not for me. Pixel lights have been active and I upgraded to 3.1.9 as soon as it came out. No issues at all.
