Hi! I used this one on the rear left door of my XC60. 
Part number 32143979 And everything is OK.

Thanks Marcp. Much appreciated. So basically both rear doors use the same harness. I was concerned that they might be different due to the speakers (left and right).

Just a quick note to confirm that 32143979 is the correct part number for the rear door wiring harness if you want to add high level illumination to your car. I've completed the installation and everything works as expected. I'm attaching some photos of the process.

Hi, good evening!

I’ve already upgraded everything to high-level interior illumination, including the tailgate.

The only thing left is adding the cupholder light in the center tunnel.

Has anyone done this?
Where are you taking the signal from?
From the center console storage light, or are you going directly to the CEM and using its dedicated output?

I added the cup holder light but it was like a year ago. There is an unused plug it plugs into. There’s no additional wiring needed. You do need the diffuser as well as the light though.

 I already have a complete coaster with the diffuser and the LED. Do you know where the connector for the light is located? Thanks

Have you got a part number or a photo of it fitted on another car? I'm not sure I'm aware of this mod. To be honest I hadn't even noticed that the cupholder wasn't illuminated. I admit I'm curious to see what it looks like.
