Still haven't checked. LOL Calibrated the thing another 20 times, but also driving the wife's car a lot right now.

Think Autel needs to know PIN for that, so I'd try to use OrBit to write IDs collected by Autel or any ID I'd created.
Issue seems to be with ID format, as car needs value in Hex and OrBit fails to write all variations I came up with.
I need to know how many digits ID should by according to Volvo, so I can create simillar IDs.

Can't program the TPMS system with Autel directly. IIRC autel default to read the sensor ID in Dec, and Orbit take sensor ID in Hex, you need to convert Dec to Hex. Idk if the smaller Autel TPMS tool can do this, but there is a drop down menu in my MS906PRO-TS that will show you Hex instead of Dec.

Finally was able to figure out what was the problem with wagon always showing "Calibrate" button greyed.
Updated all software using VIDA and reenabled TPMS once again. that time "Calibrate" was activated and clicable to do calibration.
Conclussion: before direct TPMS can be enabled in configuration OrBit should check if software currently loaded to CPU is capable of that functionallity.

Hi,

I've installed BHsens sensors and successfully activate TPMS vis Orbit with all the recommended settings.
The calibrate button is greyed out and TPMS symbol flashing in the dash until stable TPMS symbol.
Tried programming the sensors with different IDs (seller provided TPMS programming tool) but no matter which IDS i set, the calibrate button is greyed out and unable to calibrate.
Can someone point me in the right direction where and what went wrong and what I should or can do to enable the calibrate button?
At wits end here and on the verge of removing the sensors.
TIA!
Guys,

Anyone? Really need some inputs. Until now still haven’t been able to get the calibrate button to work.

Finally played around a bit. Connected to Orbit.
Sensors all have values listed.
Reset TPMS to Indirect. Turned car off and on, wheels were green. Did not store pressure.
Reconnect. Set back to Direct. Calibrate. Drove around. Spinny circle ran for about a minute. Got the message "Calibration complete". RR sensor still showing problem but this time no values listed. Assuming they may have just shown up after a restart, but just reconnected Orbit and went back to Indirect. Stored Pressure and drove around. Took 5 minutes.
All green.

Ill leave it like this for a week and try again. Unless anyone has any other ideas.

i want to know ,the polestar 2(AAOS) has no chance to use tire pressure display?

Turned it back on. It's working again.

installed sensors about 2 months ago and up till now no issues, well cooler weather triggered 1 low tire warning on dash, aired up to 35psi-- others are 34, drove around and pressure is 35-37 psi but low tire light still on, stopped, hit calibrate, drove around until complete and tire light still on. How can I get it to turn off?    TIA.. 2019 xc90 t6

Hi guyd, quick update...

When I was going back to indirect tpms, I noticed there was no tick on any of the option that I selected 3 days ago ,I'm not sure why, I choose again sensors then I entered the sensors I'd after I wrote to the Cem and it worked. First choos3 sensor then write to CEM, then enter the sensors ID and save it, i drove 20 min I got fail to calibrate ,and hot again and now calibrated.

Hi all. I've recently acquired a license for using Orbit and I'm thrilled with the ease of use and the endless possibilities so far. I want to retrofit these sensors to my European Spec 2021 XC60 (w Sensus). I have read the entire thread and I've a few questions:
1. Has anyone in EU successfully retrofitted TPMS sensors? If so which ones did you use?
2. As I understand it for the US market the sensor frequency is 433MHz and aftermarket sensors using that frequency will likely work. Does anyone know if European spec cars use the same frequency?
3. I can't seem to find an OEM part number for the sensors that fit my car. OEM sensors seem to be made for every other Volvo except for the MK2 XC60! Does anyone have a valid part number? I've searched Autodoc, ebay and other sites and I seem to only be able to find sensors for the MK1 XC60. Thanks in advance
