How can I register VIN in the BBS unit?

I figured out that I need to activate option 66 - set 02. There is no need to flash the VIN.

I would like to retrofit my xc90 2017 with IMS and BBS ( Eu version ) and i would like to know how do you guys know which parts to buy, what parts number. Is there a website/app ?

As far as I know it replaces the existing Siren

Unfortunately after i purchased the IMS i and removed the top light assembly the connector for the IMS is not present ... could it be hidden in the liner ? Car is XC90 2017 ( Eu version ).

On our 2019 XC90 and 2020 XC60 the green connectors were taped to the headliners several inches in on the left of the opening.

Good luck! I stuck my phone in the opening with the light on and recorded a video to find it. There should be a main bundle of wires which it is taped together with, and only a tiny bit of the green end was visible. It was much more difficult on the XC60 for some reason.

I found it under a few layer of tape .. the space is crowded but found it aprox 10-12 cm ( for the metric folks ) to the left of the opening  ..
