Battery Report
#1
Question
Is there any way to get the battery report readout for the main and support batteries with Orbit like Vida? Our current stealership is telling us that the support battery tests fine even though when the vehicle is not driven for several days there is a message saying "Start/Stop Support Battery Service Required". I doubt that is true as the factory warranty is days from expiration, and I would not be surprised if they will "discover" the problem immediately after it expires. I cannot understand how it's shown that message on the dash multiple times, however they claim it doesn't show any stored codes. I have not connected it to Orbit since seeing the message and it had been reverted to OEM prior to so I did not reset codes. Thank you!

That's a pain in the bud! I had a similar issue.  My car wouldn't start / stop and VIDA use to give two conflicting reports but it wouldn't give me that error massage.
1) Start / stop denied because support battery too low.
2) There is a test in VIDA for the battery which reported battery is charged %90 and in good condition.

I ended up replacing the battery under warranty days before it ended. So, just take the car to them force them to fix the stupid thing!

Ugh that’s interesting that yours had conflicting reports. It’s so frustrating! We provided pictures of the cluster with the mileage showing, and the EXIF will have date & location data. It’s been sitting at the dealer for 2 weeks waiting on other parts so unless they charged the battery it cannot possibly be testing fine. I was hopeful for a report I could print because I’d drive up and test it myself. I know there’s individual tests for voltage and things like that, but having access to that report would be so wonderful.
