Hi there!
Anyone tried to remove Volvo On Call? 077 ASSISTANCE SERVICES -> 01 Without Assistance Services does not help. Annoying message "Volvo On Call Service Required" does not let to live happily...
Car XC60 2019 USA, reverted to EU and VOC is unnecessary

I guess you'll also need to remove 191 TELEMATIC MODULE or 221 CONNECTED SERVICE BOOKING (if enabled)

Coming back to this problem.
Anyone tried to get rid of this problem? Maybe someone has the car without VOC and can share own config?

I have an XC60 2017 from Japan without VOC.
077 - 01 Without Assistance Services, 191 - 01 Without Telematic module, 221 - 02 Connected service booking.

Comming back to this point...
Yesterday I did an experiment with XC90 2021 USA - ordered VOC deactivation APP 31472054 and installed it. Unfortunately, no changes appeared - "Volvo On Call service required" remains... Also checked config and compared it with the one before APP install - no changes found at all.

In my Volvo XC90 this error disappears in itself through time. And appears again after the complete upcast of errors. Is it maybe necessary to make an effort not delete VOC, and to compel to work in our regions?

I completely solved the problem with Volvo on call error. you need to replace the battery that is inside the VCM

I know that. But the point is that USA VOC is absolete in EU and therefore has to be removed
