In this instance, it's a gearbox map not the engine optimisation. There is no reason you cannot enable it; try it.

Does it also improve throttle response or just holds low gear for a bit longer ?

I enabled Polestar optimisation on Volvo Xc90 t6 2016, but its not showing in the mode selector - still says Dynamic mode. Any idea why this happens? Thanks in advance!
