today i had my second approach and what should i say, i did work! so what the hell went wrong the first time? i did the same except that i had connect an external lab power supply at 13,6V with 20A which jumped two times from C.V to C.C while my first approach so maybe this had something to do because my first config change didn't worked.
Anyway now Start/Stop is disabled the car stud turned on all the time testing, and i a new button "Drivemode" appeared and the Polestar option was there, also i could drive 203 kmh, i did set max to 230 but i the A3 (around cologne) was to full around 10pm so i need to test further later but the limit is gone.
The audible locking feedback doesnt work, i know it doesn't because i have only basic alarm and the siren and the indoor sensor is missing, anyway i like to get the spare part used but there are two module one end to 713 which is without tilt sensor and 714 with tilt sensor (i think needed if you have the indoor sensor under lights installed) so can i just buy 713 used, connect it and audible feedback starts working?
Can someone please help me with that?
Alarm siren part numbers for your S60 (SPA)
For SPA-based Volvos like yours, the alarm siren is no longer the older P2/P3 type parts.
Correct OEM numbers are:
From 5.1.9 release note i can see they intend the asian switch for start/stop, it would be so nice if config has no button always off and 5.1.9 is installed if it would off by default and possbly enabled by the asian slider but i think i can only have this or that which means always off or on by inition and then slideable... meh.
Unfortenately while driving on the Autobahn the IHU crashed or something like that, some lights went off, mein still on, display off, the blinker sound was silent, i think blinkers where still working, i stood on the middle line around 120 slowly testing if brakes working, so after around 30-40 seconds IHU rebooted and everything went back to normal.
I had this before after update to 5.0.5 this happend one time to me, but in the first 1-3 seconds this was not funny i thought i broke something
in regard with the config change.
I can say in Polestar mode the car pushes the gears higher and shifts later down, the gaspedal feels much more aggressive but its possible that there is no change in truth idk but it feels like that, much more nervouse that pedal, around this not more power but it feels available faster, i need 9,4 liters while playing around for 84km, i could reach 203kmh because it was to full at the time testing, but i think it could easily get the 230.
The speedo also increased without poletstar optimized it was 0-200 now it 0-180...260, very cool
