I will make some notes though, for other following here, some of the issues here we know. First this is assuming settings are confirmed by connecting to the car in OrBit, and check the config read from the car matches what you changed. If the config wasn't written, then that is some different issue like a config flashing failure.
I will check if the settings are in place an report back, while doing the first change everything optically went fine.

If the car is not equipped, then it doesn't have a BBS module, so there is nothing to make the sounds for audible locking feedback.
I already asked somewhere else in the forum, i request the equipment list with the dealer is signed i couldn't find a copy and i will check if the siren is in place.

For this car you can use the "No button - always off" setting to disable start/stop completely. If the car is updated to 5.0.5 system or newer, you can use the "Button - no memory" setting now, to add a temporary disable start/stop slider to the car settings menus. The Config Wizard is helpful here, it only enables supported settings in the radio buttons you can choose.
I tried that new chinese 5.0.5 setting but i searching everywhere i couldn't find the switch for this and i don't have a quick actions menu in my S60.
I will try no button no memory next time if the settings from first flash are in place, else i try it again (address why config wasn't changed if so).

You should always see the "Polestar Engineered" drive mode in the car settings with this change, you can confirm the config change is actually made. I beleive that is the case on all Android cars, where some Sensus cars were without drive modes.
Well i tried this just to possibly see an effect in gear switches and possibly the loss of gear changes while driving or going into curve. Not sure if there is an effect but first of all i should check if my settings from first try are really in place.

Well i simply hope my first config change failed for some reason and next try works and everything comes in place, well see.

So not really related here as the OP has an MHEV mild-hyrbid but I will comment on it as it was brought up. It appears to be an "overspeed" warning, not an actual failure like overheating, but a specific maximum RPM soft limit in the ERAD that triggers the "hybrid failure" message that goes away after slowing down, then shut down and restart the car, from what those who can find the limit have told me ;-) We see it varies by the car, some can get up to 250kmh before the warning is triggered. My theory is the tire sizes between models vary the overall gear ratio of the ERAD motor to the road surface, so the speed the warning is triggered will vary. The extended range ERAD does not have a clutch as the previous versions, so the motor in the unit is always spinning at the current road speed as it is permenently engaged.
Ok thanks to clarify this, i was a little afraid of this and wanted to go with something below 230 but if there is no problem 250 will be ok as max, i will never go as fast like this but everythign over 180 just the pure possibility is good

Is it recommended to leave the driver door open while config changes to keep the car awake or so?
While the first config change i had a steady power supple connected at 13,6V with 20A and had the window down a bit, door closed, cable connected, notebook on the root and made my changes and wrote em without any error. Power supply was two times for a short time in CC instead of CV but i think that were main power sucks from the car where the battery dropped in, it was at 62% while i was changing the config.
I get back to you.
