You can only restore to OEM once your subscription expires...
But it would be nice option to be able to restore backup (for example, I have finished long time ago changing options, so I need only OEM and Backup file) without paying full price... Maybe there could be an option, for 20-30$ a year that will only let us select OEM or backup file when needed...
