Hello from Germany,
i'm upgrading the Headlights on my 2019 V60 right now. I've got some decent used ones from eBay and some good used HCM's also from a 2019 V60 from an different seller, where the parts Vendor was so nice to write the correct side of the modules on it Big Grin

I have now changed the right side, the HCM responses as HCMR and the Headlight, Turn Signal etc. works. Do I have to flash the HCM anyways ? Where can i get the correct SBL/VBF Files ? The Number of the HCM's is 31427776, right Headlight 32365340, left Headlight 32338000. The Headlights where produced around 2021/2022.
