RSI Settings question

Don't know but I have exactly the same situation. Sat nav enable in Orbit, car from Sweden. I changed road signs territory to middle Europe if I remember correctly but still the car does not know when I'm leaving 50km/h zone and showing 50 limit for a minute longer or so.
