@SparkFire7 or @The Stig, I don't suppose you could possibly place the Arduino code here? (And which Arduino did you use specifically, I had substantial issues with variable sizing etc. for the data!)

So sorry, just seeing this (I don't frequent this site), glad to see you got it all working, and improved on the original mess I started with. I keep my seats on constant 12V so unless I disconnect the battery, the lag in boot-up is a non-issue for me. But, I might try the code you had next time I go to mess with it.
I actually want to get the wireless portion of my arduino to work so I can push code without digging it out of the center console.
Has anyone attempted getting the heated/ventilation function working on the LIN bus?
