Hey there,
Thanks for sharing the logs — seems like the flash process fails during gateway communication. Here’s a quick list of things to check, just to help narrow it down:
Connection & Hardware
- What cable are you using? (Ethernet or USB?)
- Which USB port on your laptop? (Try USB 2.0 if possible)
- Are you using a direct connection (no USB hubs or adapters)?
Vehicle Power & Voltage
- Was a battery charger or power supply connected during the process?
- Do you know what the Voltage was during flashing? (Ideally: 13.2–14.0V)
- Was the ignition set to Position II (engine off, but dash on)?
Flash Procedure
- Did the tool show "ECUs ready" (Info Page in Orbit) before entering programming mode?
- Did you touch or unlock the car during programming? (Important: hands off!)
Would recommend checking voltage first — if it drops below ~12.3V, gateways sometimes refuse flash mode. Let us know the answers to these and we can help better!
