Yes, it should work. I did the opposite. I fitted s90 B&W AUD to S60. The woofer and the tweeter in the rear doors of s60 are in parallel.
I wired the second rear door channel to each door feeding the tweeters. Then I added s90 MID speakers in parallel to the tweeters. Sounds great.
There is one big difference between B&W and HK AUDs,
The HK AUD is interchangeable between 60 and 90 models with simple software config change. Meaning it's possible to swap channels.
But the B&W AUD is not interchangeable. Meaning it's not possible to turn an s90 B&W outputs into S60. (merging woofer and high into 1 channel for rear doors).
I would ditch the external sub amp and use the HK instead and add the roof speakers too since you have them. at least pull the wires. There are nice speaker boxes which you can hang at the rear pillars with 2 sided tape if you do not want to cut the roof.
