There was no pin A21 on the passenger seat harness connecting to PSM (ex-driver seat from UK). Took the pin from the driver side (ex-passenger seat from UK car), wired it to the seat metal frame. And yes, now car recognizes the right seats. Memories, lumbar and seat extension, all work as they should.

Found finally those micro fuse tab connectors, so got the power to heating the seats. LIN cables connected also. Coding the seats with Orbit -> seat heating works!
