It is very important that you take your SWM as the reference, check which variants you have, and choose the equivalent one, but with a heated steering wheel.

The variant with a heated steering wheel is EQ02.

Information:

Variant code → EQ01: without heated steering wheel

Variant code → EQ02: with heated steering wheel

You can find more information at this link

I got both versions EGSM for the electronic shifter and GSM for the physical shifter. All plug and play no cut wires. If anyone has an immediate need, I will send you one if you want to try it and give the feedback. email me at support and we can work it out.

I beleive it is pretty easy to get to the shifter wiring without removing the console, on all but the PHEV models where things are a bit tighter with battery under there.

Dear Power6,

I own a 23my V60CC in Korea.
I'm trying to get the paddle shifters working. I came across your comment on the spaycetechtech forum.

I tried several times, but I couldn't reinstall the paddle shifters.
I also heard that while new wiring can be used to activate the paddle shift function on vehicles up to the '22my with EGSM, it's not possible on vehicles from the '23my and later.

Can I ask if your harness is compatible with a 23my V60CC?

Has anyone with a 22.5 T8 doing the paddle swap come across a black wire in position 13?    I am looking to put the three wires from the SWM to the GSM.  Wondering if I can just pull that wire but not sure what it goes to.

Where is that connector from?

This is the connector at the gear shift selector.   The T8s have a grey connector at the gear selector module (EGSM)  whereas some non-T8s have the green connector show in other posts in this thread.

Is PIN 13 supposed to go to a ground at the SWM?

Is PIN 9 a ground at the EGSM?

My 22.5 T8 has a black ground in PIN 9 at the EGSM.

We have grounded the third wire multiple ways but the paddles still are not functional.

Thanks to Ted, I think I see what happened.  My 2022.5 EGSM connector, already has pins 7, 8 and 9 already wired.  I pushed the wires from the steering wheel connector into 11 and 12, which is causing the open circuit error.

Now I need to figure out which of the open pins on the two grey connectors at the base of the center console should get the paddle wires.  By doing this, the center console can still be disconnected via connectors without having extra wires direct to the EGSM connector, so a bit more of a factory like finish in the end.

If I have the colors correct, this should be the three open pins to press the three wires from the SWM. Will get back at it tomorrow!
