Engine Remote Start

I just can't get this to work.

I did initial set
050 - 05 chassis to Police
276 - 11 to VIP Diplomatic
(write config)

Then 045 to ERS by key with lights

I tried resetting to no ERS, then re-writing ERS to key + lights.

I have a 2018

Not sure what I need to try next, should 045 be set to 2 for key+app even if I will use only key?

I also tested several different options in my 2018 XC40 and still ERS not working.

I now have a preconditioning menu in the HVAC settings
But my car is not plug in so I guess there is an incorrect setting somewhere hehe

Gasoline Sensus Volvo's have a Preconditioning menu too.   
It can be used for cooling the vehicle. Only. Not warming. You can set a timer to do this for you.

Hello, from what I understand, if I set 050 - chassis Police, the start-stop option is disabled, is that correct? Is there any method by which I can get remote engine start by key but still have the start-stop function work? For me, at 045 the default is 02 remote engine start precond from smartphone app, but the function does not appear in the app, I think for reasons that it is not allowed in my country.
For the moment I just tried to switch 045 to 07 ERS by app and ERS by key, Running light. It doesn’t seem to work. I haven’t touched 050 or 276 yet.
