For OrBit users that have the CEM you can't extract the Security PIN: email support-at-spaycetech.com if you need the Security PIN. I do have an offer for you, it's just not publicly advertised, I only offer it to OrBit customers.

In my XC90 2015/2016 keys (bought on Ali) programing by Orbit finished succesfully !!

Hi, I’m new to OrBit. I would like to purchase the software to program keys for my 2021 XC40 B4 AWD, but I’m not sure if the 'Security PIN' level 11 required for key programming is the same one included in the 'OrBit + PIN' bundle.
Also, if my car has the 5748G processor, can OrBit extract the CEM PIN automatically without me having to pay the additional $125 for the PIN retrieval service?

For those who thought the same as me, it is wrong. The CEM PIN is different from the Security PIN for key programming. I did this: I initially bought only the OrBit license and accessed the key programming section, there I received a message that the CEM is compatible for extracting security pin level 11 but that the CEM pin is needed to start the extraction. So I also paid the $125 for the CEM pin and then I tried the key programming button again and it successfully extracted security pin level 11. Now I should be able to successfully program an additional key.
My CEM model is P/N 32268108 AB Md and it also says SN: 10560680 21W085 H5PLA
XC40 B4 2021.
