Hello, I want to know if orbit is able to align ecus with used light module from other car.
The diller saying that only new ECU can be programmed and no alignment is possible.

You may be in luck, I just posted a guide for working with HCMs, including instaling used modules ;-) I recently completed a swap to "bendy lights" on my own S60, and put everything I learned in to OrBit. Working with used modules was a pain, because you have no idea if you got an HCML or an HCMR! But I figured it out and OrBit can handle it. Yoiu are correct, VIDA will only install a "new" virgin HCM, or reload an existing HCML or HCMR. OrBit can work with a used module.

There may be some specifics for your scenario. What are you trying to do? For headlamp replacement we got you. Are you installing a headlamp with an HCM included from another car? Or will you be swapping your existing HCM to the new headlamp. You can do this either way, though the HCMs can be different so you may need to look further into what you got, in order to decide which way is best. There is a small question of you might need some specific software to flash as that is how OrBit currently accesses the ability to write the headlamp "config string" which is needed to code the HCM to the headlamp, and you may also need to reload some software to a used module, depending on what you got.

Give some more details on what you got going on, and we can help you figure out the best way to do it...
