Someone needs to take a look with an active subscription if there is a vbf that can be bought to convert DRL.
Unfortunately that requires timing with someone that gets vida.
I would ask on swedespeed if anyone if planning vida sub and ask them to check.

If I have PHEV (plug-in hybrid), do I still need to have an external battery powering it up or I won’t need as I think for VIDA ignition should remain off?

I replied to your PM, but long story short I do think there is a way in VIDA, the "change market certificate" software seems like it is a way to change the region and corresponding region settings of a car...
You should be fine with PHEV not hooking to an external battery charger if the EV battery is well charged. Many people don't even hook up the ICE car to a charger/supply for quick sessions with OrBit! You can keep an eye on the 12V battery charge level right in OrBit.
