Aux Heater

Can I use Orbit to probe my auxiliary heater.

It is coming up as temporarily unavailable but I've fitted a new battery and it meets all the parameters.

I cant see any fault codes and I would like to know what's occurring.

I would like to know this as well. I don’t think my car has a fuel heater or high voltage coolant heater, it’s a B4 XC40.
I receive the message “temporary unavailable” if i set timers in the parking climate menu and it’s not clear for me how this should work without any auxiliary heater.
I also don’t have the climate button in the mobile app, or the remote engine start. Only the lock/unlock and lights. It could be geographically restricted.
Replaced the 12v battery recently but could not do the battery reset yet. Location: EU
