Polestar level 02 with a TDI tune box - Eg78 - 03-01-2026
I ordered a tdi tune box for my xc90 t6. The only complaint ive heard about this box so far is that it doesnt change the shifting rpm configuration cause its not actually writing to the ecm but mapping in realtime so you lose some power in 1st gear. Shifts too quickly to 2nd.
I wonder if anyone has had experience with this type of tune and furthermore ive thought about using orbit to polestar optimized thinking this would allow higher rpm in 1st and smoother shifting.

Polestar gearbox mapping should be good for you in this instance - it holds gears longer, doesn't shift when cornering. Base RPM is increased also which helps slightly with take off.
