Tire pressure sensors
#71
I had a broken sensor, so i look for an replacement.
After "digging" on google, i found  that SKF vkra110042 is 100% identical with Volvo oe 31362304,  the only dufference is that SKF doesn't have the Volvo logo. The sensor is already programed for Volvo. Just installed in the wheel, calibrate and work perfect. I found it at promo (14-15 euro), and i only buy one, because i didn't know if will work, but tomorow i will oreder another 4 for the winter wheels, for this money...

Just want to say thanks, Pau1ey. Just ordered these. Looks like I'll be next. I was planning to do this eventually...on the way home tonight I got a warning. All 4 were yellow for a minute, so I assume temp related...few minutes later just one is yellow. Looks completely fine, but if I had this, I'd know for sure.
$95 well spent (+Orbit of course which I haven't bought yet).
All the eBay links in this post are dead.
Would be nice to compile a known good list and put in in the first post.
Would have saved me a lot of time.

Where did you get them for 14-15 euro? It starts from around 40euro a piece.

2019 V90CC, so I'd installed  SCHRADER 28304 sensors and changed configuration in OrBit to enable direct TPMS.
Changed settings for 019 / 020 and 267. Also used Autel TS508WF to confirm, that car remote is operating on 433 MHz.
and Autel reads data from all sensors i.e. pressure/temperature and battery status.
I want to enter sensors ID using OrBit as pressures are still not displayed in Sensus. When trying to enter sensors ID from Schrader, OrBit is not allows to enter it with message about HEX format.
Anyone knows the example of IDs that I want to replicated, as OrBit display 0000 for each sensor and ID from Schrader is much longer.

What Autel do you have? Can you read the sensors with Autel programmers and program the car? If it asks for the car model in Autel screen, try 2016 XC90.

Autel TS 508WF reads all sensors and shows ID they came with. yet it can't programm V90CC, when selecting any Volvo that use the same type of sensor 2016 or 2019.
Think Autel needs to know PIN for that, so I'd try to use OrBit to write IDs collected by Autel or any ID I'd created.
Issue seems to be with ID format, as car needs value in Hex and OrBit fails to write all variations I came up with.
I need to know how many digits ID should by according to Volvo, so I can create simillar IDs.
