The version you are on is around December 2025 and since then there was several major updates. A friend of mine was in the same boat as you and the fix was total update from the dealer or workshop with Vida.

I've taken my car to the dealership three times to have the software updated, and all three times they've returned it to me in worse condition. I've already tried to buy a lifeline to do it myself, but it won't let me because I'm not in North America, but in Mexico. That's why I'm looking into the Orbit option. Here in Mexico, we don't have specialists, or they simply don't know how to fix it. After this, I had an accident, and according to Volvo, it voided my warranty. So, taking it to the dealership means spending $5,000 to $10,000 USD, or maybe even more.

Sorry to hear all of this, but in this case I would suggest to reach out to support@orbit and see if they can provide the needed software cuz out of the box you cant do this.
