Help needed: VCM adaptation & CEM PIN extraction in Germany / Benelux

In my situation VCM gave these two codes, U105000 and U107604.
VOC backup battery was replaced 1 year before.
The VOC button nor SOS button worked, it left the VCM stuck in trying to get connected to mobile network.

U105000 is easy - just BUB reset with vida online or with OrBit, but for OrBit you need VCM PIN - Ted or Andrew can help with this, I'm sure.
U107604 is bad one - internal modem failed. Only VCM replacement or (if someone can do it) - replacement of the Cinterion modem chip.
