If you are in Germany there is a law against it... StVO... You need to change the market of the car with volvo workshop to other one in order to work ERS.

By Volvo workshop you mean OrBit right? Don't forget, it's more powerful than VIDA in the sense it allows you to make any change, not just those defined by Volvo.

The market region for ERS to show into Volvo Car app can be done only with Volvo workshop AFAIK.
