My CEM Pin was kindly supplied by Orbit in a welcoming email, all works great.

I still need to know what is the Pin level 1 or 11 as orbit requests when trying to reset backup battery after replacing with new 8.2v battery.

Can anyone help and tell us what a level 1 or 11 pin is and is it part of the CEM or new number.

Any constructive advice is very welcome.

Thanks in advance.
