is there a way to use my "Auto Hold" button (S60 2023) for 271 Start/stop memory to button with memory just by config change (what needs to be done additionally than 271 if so?) or is a wire change needed for that?
Simple answer is "Nope"
It's a whole LIN slave unit. Each button sends a different message. Besides, auto start / stop button has never been a physical button on VOLVOs. It's always been an option on the main car functions screen.

You could however inject the drive mode command to switch to individual which can be set to remove start/stop
Or you can set the car to Police/VIP and there will be no more start stop at all.
