Car not responding
#1
One week ago changed some configuration in Volvo xc60 2018:
-turned on ACC with pilot assist via config wizard to level 2
-turned on CarPlay and Android auto
-271 Start/stop memory to button with memory
-374 polestar level to 02 polestar optimization
-168 screen themes to 05 polestar (didn’t work)

After 2 days when I entered a car - both screens were not working and nothing happened when trying to start a car.

Doors, lighting, etc working, but I can not start the car

OrBit could not connect to CEM
Attaching DTCs what OrBit can find

Uh, this sounds bad. I really hope this isn’t related to Orbit, even if it might look that way to you.

I can’t help with the actual issue, but it does seem strange that the problem showed up two days after making those config changes.
Did you read the config and the DTCs again after you made your adjustments? There were no errors before?

I think your car should be a Sensus, right? I’m just about to do my very first flash with similar settings, but I’m on an AAOS S60 from 2023.

Did you try every dumb suggestion an AI might give you for your specific model and year?
I just tried it for fun, and a bunch of things came up—just guessing though.
Are you sure your battery is good?

There isn’t even a beep when you don’t press the brake and try to start?
Any sounds at all coming from anything? (I don't mean Homer's DUH!) Smile

BCM - Battery Control Module
DIM - Driver display

Sure your battery isn't low?

I'd charge it - disconnect the battery for a bit - then see what happens on next system boot up.

Already tried to disconnect battery for 10 minutes, for 30 and for 2 hours. Nothing. Battery ~12V

I’d try the BCM bottom connector, disconnect for 15 mins. Disconnect battery in boot also.

Then try and reconnect OrBit, clear DTC. Restore OEM.

Shoot support(at)spaycetech.com a mail also.
