How to install a gear actuator? What wiring is needed? This is not an advertisement. How to connect this correctly? I have a manual transmission. V60 2020.

This are for automatic transmision. You can not install them.on manual transmision

How to connect this?

What do you mean by manual transmission? With clutch paddle or automatic mechanical shifter? 
In both cases, you cannot switch. The shifter in the pictures above are for shift by wire automatic transmissions not for mechanical.

Actually you can do it there's a lot of videos on YouTube but that's really required a lot to work. 
To Change the shifter itself.
