hello, has anyone try to change turbo configuration. mine is selected medium. i want to try high but i am not sure it will works.

you should not touch that. 
T5 > medium (turbo only)
t6 > high (both turbo and supercharger)

I tried it, succesfully! I drive a 2018 V90CC D4. It seems the engine is more "awake"

Are you sure is more awake or it's just " placebo " , I'm curious trying when I have some spare time, same D4 but XC60...

i think it depends on which turbo you have installed. My D4 got medium, my T8 got high...

I have a D4 and change it to high performance, and I can't really tell if it has more boost or something....

the T is gasoline and have another type of turbo installed, and T6, T8 have turbo + supercharger, instead D4 has some type of biturbo or alt least seems like it and D5 turbo+supercharger.

The D4 uses a single turbo, while the D5 features a twin-turbo setup with PowerPulse.
I will not touch this config since you are missing some components.

I have an XC40 B3, not sure which turbo I do have installed
