If you have equivalent headlamps, same type EU as the USA, both MID LED or FULL LED, you should be able to change the config item 106, example FULL LED US-->FULL LED EU change Item 106 0B-->0C

You may only need software if the type of light is changing, or you are installing HCMs that come from another car.
