Volvo S60 2023 USA – FLC2 Calibration and ASDM Faults After Battery Discharge
#1
Hi everyone,
I have a 2023 Volvo S60 B5 FWD (US specification). After the battery discharged, I started experiencing problems with the FLC2 front camera and the driver assistance systems.
The following DTCs are present:
FLC2: C100154
ASDM: U261792
ASDM: U261B82
CEM: U110082
The dashboard displays warnings about limited steering assistance and the collision prevention system being unavailable.
The original windshield camera has not been replaced. The 360° cameras are working correctly, and their calibration was completed successfully.
I have already performed the FLC2 calibration using VIDA and OrBit. The calibration procedure reports success, but the errors remain and cannot be cleared permanently.
After the battery discharged, the RML module was marked in red in VIDA. This issue has already been fixed, but the FLC2, ASDM, and CEM fault codes remain unchanged.
Has anyone experienced similar issues after a battery discharge? Is there a specific procedure to restore the FLC2 and ASDM systems, or could this be related to a software or configuration issue?
I would appreciate any advice on how to resolve this problem without unnecessarily replacing any control modules.
Thank you!
