Back lights convert USA to EU

Hello, does back lights needs to be replaced when you convert from USA to EU, or you can only configure with OrBit? Are they different for USA and EU market or no? I ask mostly because of fog light and turn lights. The car is XC90 year 2018.

Fog lights are OK, does not need to do anything. Red LEDs of turn lights have to be replaced physically with the orange LEDs. Or simply you can replace whole US back units with EU ones, no programming is needed.
