VCM Battery Connector damage and reset.
#11
I am in a similar situation. Lifted the connector when replacing the VCM battery. I do not need or want to use On Call. I have my level 11 pin from a Vida flash dump and attempted the VoC disable function. It went through successfully, but I still get the VOC error message every time I start the vehicle. I really don’t want to repair my VCM (my board repair skills are subpar) and I cannot afford the downtime to send it out for repairs. Has anybody successfully disabled the VOC message without re-connecting or re-attaching the VCM battery? I will buy you an XL pizza and a 12 pack of beer.

Try changing 077 parameter in car configuration to 01 "Without assistance service".

It unfortunately did not turn off the VOC message. I’ll spend a couple hours tomorrow playing around with different configs.
