Guidance for a new orbit user

Hey everyone, just dropping a quick status update on my latest round of coding/retrofits using the wizard :

​CarPlay & Android Auto: Activated and working perfectly!

​Disable Stop/Start: Done, works flawlessly.

​Audible Locking Feedback: Enabled in the software, but getting no sound. Likely missing the physical alarm siren/buzzer hardware on my trim. Any ideas?

​ACC & Pilot Assist: On hold. Still hesitating due to ABS pump part compatibility concerns. Want to be 100% sure before proceeding.

​Polestar Theme: Postponed until next time.

​If anyone has insights on the missing locking sound or checking the ABS pump compatibility, let me know!

Hi,

you need the siren for audible locking which is missing if you only have basic alarm. I bought the siren from ovoko.de for 10€ from a crashed S60 from 2023 (20000km) which is like mine but not crashed :-)

Have not mounted it yet but this brings audible locking, but if you are going to service you should reset to oem and unplug the siren, not sure if lin bus is present which may reports the siren.
