Orbit - Deploy configuration failed

Hi

Orbit software won't start and error message "Deploy configuration failed"  & "Unable to start Orbit! Config files are missing and unable to download" showing.
Why and where is the problems?

Yes, I computer is connected to internet, Orbit license is valid.

What is the OS?
Are you administrator? Have you tried right click and "run as administrator"?
