I was thinking to make a thread with  retrofiting made to our cars, mai be someone else want to do it.
In my 2019 V60 2019 i retrofited:
- rear parking camera
- now 360 camera
- pilot assist (just activate)
- electric front seats ( driver with memory, passanger without)
- electric folding rear headrest
- semi automatic parking
- front fog lights
- bliss and CTA
- keyless entry (with foot movement sensor for trunk)
- homelink
- adaptive headlights
- harman kardon
- illuminated sills from 90 series
- steering wheel padlle shifters
- headup display (with cutting dash)
- rear  camera washer (custom made with 10 euro )
- sport body kit from volvo accesories
-s90 armrest + knee rest for center console
- rse by key (only activation)
 - polestar software (at the dealer)
- aluminiu engine shield (from accesories)
And i think there are more, but i can't remember.

I have an XC60 MY 2020 and have retrofitted the following:

• B&W sound
  
• Fully electric seats (Here i connected the canbus wires and everything works except for Memory), Can you advice how to connect the Memory switches to the Door module. Have all the buttons but there is different connectors.
  
• Glass Shifter.
  
• Tow hook. (Dealer installed Software)
  
• Rear view camera. (Dealer installed software)
  
• Apple car play (Dealer)
  
• 22 inch wheels with fender flares.
  
• MY 2022 front and back.

It's not only the connector, the wiring is different. 
I added memory seat on the passenger side. I rewired the harness on the door panel myself by comparing it to the driver side because I could not find a used one for a good price.  Sorry, it's been a while and don't remember which goes where. 
My advise, get a used door panel harness from a car that has memory seats.

Hi!

I have an XC60 R-Design and, so far, I’ve added the following:

Installed equipment:

- Rear view camera
- Front sensors
- Side Park Assist sensors
- Front fog lights
- Rear USB port
- Harman Kardon sound system
- High-level interior lighting (with all additional bulbs)
- Alarm with siren and motion sensor
- Steering wheel with paddle shifters
- Heated steering wheel ring
- Keyless system
- Foot-activated tailgate sensor
- Wireless charger (in progress)

Exterior:

- Side steps
- Bilstein dampers (same stability but more comfort)

BLIS and Pilot Assist were already included from factory, and for me they are essential.
To be able to do most of these upgrades, I had to upgrade the CEM to a high-spec version.

? Now I’m not sure what to do next:
Heated seats with memory or 360 camera?

Open to more ideas as well ?

Hello!

I installed B4 shock absorbers on both the front and rear axles, and the improvement in comfort compared to the stock ones is noticeable.

I’m very happy with the result. I also took the opportunity to replace the top mounts, hardware, rubber bushings, and dust boots, which helps the whole setup perform like new.
