Hi All,
I went through a similar topic on the forum (e.g.
https://forums.spaycetech.com/showthread...79#pid3579), but unfortunately I couldn’t find an answer to my issue.
I have a Volvo XC60, 2022, AAOS, B4 diesel, mild-hybrid. Using Orbit Config Wizard, I changed the Auto Start/Stop setting to
“No Button – Always Off”. Writing the configuration to the car completed successfully. I also made changes related to Driving Aid, which worked fine as well. There are no DTCs or other issues reported.
However, disabling Start/Stop does not seem to work. The car somehow appears to be ignoring this setting. I’ve attached screenshots from Orbit connected to the car.
For reference, Pilot Assist works fine.
Do you have any ideas whether this could be related to this specific engine Start/Stop system, or if there is anything else I could try?
Thanks in advance for your help.

It seems that the configuration procedure and ECU response are correct; however, the Start/Stop feature is still not deactivated.
Is there anyone else with a B4 diesel, 2022 model year, AAOS who has successfully deactivated Start/Stop using Orbit?

It looks like I’ve found the solution.
Restarting the IHU using the Home button (holding it for 30 seconds) did the trick
The Start/Stop feature has finally been disabled. Kudos to the SpayceTech Support Team!

Hello,
I have a 2023 XC40 B5 with Android. I wanted to check in here and make sure that auto start/stop can be disabled before I spend the $325. I don't have any option to temporarily disabled in my present android settings menu. So, the question is, will the "No button - always off" option be available to me since I don't have a button?
Also, is there one place that lists the other helpful things that I can change on the car? For example, it seems ridiculous to me that I have to start the car to put my windows down or move the sunroof, can this be changed?
And, has anyone been able to successfully add functionality to the Volve phone app. It seems absurd that all we can do is remote start and lock the car. It is a computer after all. For example, the obvious missing feature would be to remotely put up all windows and close sunroof so you don't have to run outside in the rain, get in the car, start it to do this. I'm annoyed at Volvo for this oversight.
Anyway, please let me know.
Regards,
Tyler

Think that is decided by the Volvo servers unfortunately. But if you're close enough, hold the lock button for a few seconds. Think it's region based, but that one should be changeable locally (via Orbit) at least.
